I went to Gold and Diamond Source on 1/11/2020 to have my diamond ring resized due to a recent baby and I inquired about purchasing a back to my earrings bought there a yr ago and the lady helping me (can t remember her name. Debbie or Barbara I want to say) told me it would be $40. I said okay, I ll think on it I went back on 1/18/2020 to pick up my ring and it looked amazing (as usual when I bring it there) and fit perfectly! Joe was helping me. I asked him about replacing the earring back as well and he gave me a complimentary one and Literally made my day! He also offered to steam clean my earrings while I was there. I loved his customer service. I will continue to buy my jewelry from this place and recommend everyone I know
