People are consistently parked in the loading area...

People are consistently parked in the loading area in front of the front doors. Often they are so backed up that they spill into the single-lane roadways that you have to use to get out of the facility.

This isn't a parking problem. There is plenty of parking here. People are just selfish enough to park on the crosswalk for 20 minutes or longer. Rather than walk 150 yards to the entrance.

I've spoken with the staff here and they refuse to do anything about this problem, despite the safety issue.

They've made improvements to the building recently which are quite nice. Sadly, they have evidently signed an exclusivity agreement with Pepsi, so if you ever want a Coke product you are out of luck.

The vending machines are consistently broken or in the process of failing.

The sports related services offered here are great, just be sure to take extra care with your kids in the parking lot and if your tempted to park in front of the entrance consider if the small convenience you'll gain is worth creating the confusion and traffic jams which puts everyone walking from the parking lot in danger.

Edit: I've added some pictures of a pretty typical jam caused by people who have come to believe that the loading zone is their personal parking area. That is a trip of people standing outside their cars for a chat instead of clearing out and parking.
