Heard about CrossFit online and saw that CrossFit ...

Heard about CrossFit online and saw that CrossFit AMRAP was close by so I decided to go to a free Saturday workout. Matt and Britt were genuine, kind, and open from the very beginning and they make sure that the atmosphere at the gym is the same way. Now I'm in the best shape of my life.
