Our experience wasn t too pleasant. To begin, he greeted us by saying the process wouldn t take but 20 min to get us out of there. The 20 min wait ended up being a 3 hour wait, leaving us in the dark about what was taking so long. The frustration was bad enough, but our associate was extremely unprofessional and unorganized, forgetting yet another document or process here or there prolonging the wait more. He was lazy and seemed like he couldn t care less if we sealed the deal or just walked right out. You would think the experience of buying a luxury car would be beyond your expectations but I would think twice about going to this specific dealership.
