One of the most unprofessional, unreliable and inexperienced companies out there. They simply cannot keep a simply schedule for maintenance and let alone repairs. Our condo had a number of issues with the Elevators and it took Thyssen six months to even provide feedback as to what was required to be done. The only response they can ever give is that there are parts required for which they can't get access to. I don't even want to begin with their technicians on site as they are a true reflection of the failure this company is. I genuinely hope that there is a shake up in leadership for this company and everything is re-done because as of right now, they are headed the opposite way in providing service. If you are reading this review to know if you should go with this company for maintenance of your elevator or building, save yourself a headache and go with anyone else which will be much more reliable.
