A little long in the tooth. It is state run but they must receive the minimum to keep it alive. A relic that's incredible , let-alone solid as a rock. They don't build resorts like this any longer. It's still contemporary and aesthetically handsome over 50 years after it's creation. If you longboard,this place is a dream,fwiw
