The hotel is located directly on the River Ness and offers a very nice view. The center and Inverness Castle are less than 5 minutes walk.

Our room in the building "The Alexander" was downright huge and very nice and comfortably furnished. The bathroom was also very modern and absolutely clean.

The offer at the breakfast buffet was solid and it was constantly refilled.

The biggest drawback for us was the friendliness of the staff, all of whom did not give the impression to be happy to deal with guests. Especially at breakfast the staff were very loud and hectic, but also the lady at the front desk was already quite close to the border to the unfriendliness.
