At first everything was going good I was promised that everything was going good and I was just waiting to sign paperwork After I was told I didn t have to pay my mortgage because that there company was going to refinance me I started the refinance due to hardship that occurred in my life but I ended up with more hardship due to lies a deceit I am 100% disabled veteran with a family They should have knowledgeable agents who know what they are doing and saying Now after I did what I did because of believing Kevin Staats. I have more of a hardship then what I started with. As of today my credit went down bc of Kevin Staats and I m owe my mortgage company bc of of him. Don t trust him and I won t recommend this company to any one
