Admin staff is horrible, rude, and self-righeous. Problems with IT infrastructure and this leads to inefficiencies. Departmental cross-communication is non-existent. I went for an MRI and had to leave a voice mail to get a CD of the test. I waited for a very long time and asked one of the admins in radiology and she told me they have no communication with the records department. The leaders of this hospital should be ashamed.
