Ordered a sand filter system, more than one person read the details, we received the filter only and have been told we ordered the wrong item. The only assistance customer service gave was to tell us we could pay to return the filter. We won't order from this company again. Would give zero stars if I could. Looking at thr reviews, I am not the only unhappy customer In The Swim has!
