Has recently been renovated and can compete internationally with other museums. New logo and top collection in striking building. There are just a few very beautiful works and the building itself, the interior, is also very worthwhile. So a total picture.
I also recently visited the temporary collection 'Slow Food' with still lifes of food from the 17th century. Very beautiful, with pieces from private collections or other museums. Unfortunately you are not allowed to take pictures there.
Brasserie is cleverly situated, ie accessible without a ticket via the entrance at the Plein. Nicely decorated and chic, but not really exciting and innovative.
The Facebook page is also nice, because there you can see what the museum posts and everything does, but also photos of people who have been there.
Only downside are the people at the lottery entrance who almost force you to participate. Because that is how you help the museums. Yes Yes.
