Horrible characters hired as drivers. 4/9/19 driver screamed at a nearly 80 year old member of my family, told her to not speak to them, would not touch her suitcase (which shuttle drivers are expected to do as part of their service offering), drove erratically, blasted music with no consideration for the comfort of the passenger, etc.
When asked why such an attitude, said she was upset about company policies and LAX traffic.
So, it s thus OK to treat a customer beyond horribly? We subsequently tried twice to communicate with their management team and were told: as ride is done; nothing we can do.
I am proceeding as well with AAA to have Karmel removed from their list of recommended vendors.
If you look at Google reviews to decide if to patronize a business, heed my warning - AVOID KARMEL SHUTTLE.
