I took my car to BMW to fix a problem and I got my...

I took my car to BMW to fix a problem and I got my car back with three more problems. They tried to charge me $149 for a car report I refused the report that they handed me anyways, what type of scheme are they running at BMW ? by all means avoid service department they kept my car over night and had no loners available just to get my car back in a worst condition. completely waste of time.
