Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday so we called Aiello. They sent a tech out (Richard Newman) who was there shortly after. After flushing our replacing a filter and a strainer, which was completely unnecessary, he told us it was our motor that was causing our problem. Shortly after he told us that, he told us it was a different part and it would cost over $1100 to order the part and replace it and that wouldn t be here until later in the week. We took our chances and ordered an $80 part online that my husband could install that he was pretty sure would fix our issue. Low and behold, it did. After my husband installed it properly, he noticed the furnace still wasn t working so he opened up the panel that the tech had worked on and noticed a disconnected ground wire which the tech either forgot to reconnect or purposely left it that way hoping we weren t smart enough to figure it out and would need their services again. Overpriced and shady company.
