The service provided to me was BRILLIANT. I actually stuffed-up my initial order and then did a second order. I thought I'd be stuck with the items I'd ordered in error the first time, but thought I'd see what happened if I asked them to cancel that first order.
Not a problem...Megan was very obliging; cancelled that first/wrong order and made sure the second one was processed quickly.
Great service...highly recommended.
