I currently live in a property that was recently sold to SPM. I have been trying to get information regarding my lease renewal since last week. I finally got a response and was told I have to renew but the 8/20, it s 8/17 and it s still not in the system, plus I have additional questions that have been left unanswered. I also tried contacting about another property SPM owns and no one answers the phone or is at their two Birmingham offices. The lack of communication is frustrating.
