Beware! Make sure you cancel old policies yourself that they provided you or else you will be charged for the new ones they broker for you, as well as the old ones. This could cause insufficient charges with your bank and when you tell them about your loss, you will find yourself thoroughly disappointed in their reply- sorry, it's your fault! My one star rating has nothing going to do with the insurance they broker, but the information they share regarding what is their responsibility and what is the customer's. Their failure to disclose the information I needed cost me over $165 after I received any refund amounts from cancelling old policies myself. They take no responsibility for not communicating the customer's obligation to cancel old policies. If they can start a new policy on my approval, why would I not think they had the power to cancel old policies based on my approval, also? I wonder how they will feel when that which they allow to happen to others comes back around on them? In a word- frustrated!
