Close to 3 hours delay...

Planned 8.45 the bus had a 2 hours 40 minutes delay.
Staff in Munich say the bus had been stopped by the police and the bus driver told about a technical issue YESTERDAY. Now we are driving with a different bus that lacks all the comfort of a Flix bus like WiFi or plugs.
This seems not to be a standard but also not necessary. No need to lie, more need to organize things earlier.

If there are the same problems mentioned a year (and more) ago, why don't they change them. I would pay some Euros more for a better and more reliable service. Being cheap sometimes can become more expensive.
