ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE. i booked a ride for my boss 2 weeks in advance. 20 minutes before pick up they call me to say they are unable to do the ride. seriously? you had two weeks to either tell me or find a resolution. and you decide to tell me 20 minutes before my boss needs to be picked up at the airport?? they didn't even apologize or offer any kind of compensation. just "there's nothing we can do" i would give negative stars if i could. stick with a company that's more reliable and professional. too bad i couldn't have them explain this to my boss!
