I love the Omni for, if nothing else, their customer service. Best. In. The. Industry. (I have no connection whatsoever to them, just to be clear.) The have a great rewards program that gives free WiFi, fresh coffee or juice delivered to your room every morning, and the easiest, fastest check-in of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Food is really good, but like all other hotels it's overpriced. This specific location isn't really for tourists, but it's clean, nicely maintained, and close to good restaurants.
