I switched to Millenium insurance and they wanted ...

I switched to Millenium insurance and they wanted me to give them my person information via e-mail and I said no I will come in. So that's exactly what I did and gave them my direct deposit form and they scanned it, I signed my policy paid what I owed and left. Then I get an e-mail saying that they did not scan it properly and again wanted me to send it via E-mail which was the whole purpose of me going in person. Did I mention I even left work early to do this? Raywin was who I dealt with very unproffesional!!!
