Went in today to get a gallon of antifreeze for my es300 and the guy in the parts department was extremely snobby and rude and just all around wasn't knowledgeable in the field. Asked him for a radiator cap and this seemed a daunting task for him so I will just buy my Toyota products online from now on. Needless to say he was unable to find out what radiator cap I needed.
