Ordered Simplicity mower from Jacks. Add said delivery on the 18th of Oct. Called on the 18th and was told it would arrive at their warehouse on 25th of Oct and I would receive mower on Oct 29th. On Oct 29th I called and was told it would arrive there on Nov 9th. Unit had already been charged to my card and balance already paid. I cancelled order and they said they would credit my card. I wonder if that statement is true? Steer clear of Jacks.
