Called to find out about paperwork and I spoke with a woman name Sharon from the occupational health and she transferred me to someone else who was EXTREMELY RUDE on the phone and then hung up. They didn t bother asking where to send paperwork and the attitudes was just unnecessary as I was polite to them. Need to work on your customer service skills before you lose more patients because it was totally uncalled for.
