Something is really up with this company. They don't answer the phone, hell the phone volume is off. The girl at the desk gabrielle is very rude and not understanding at all. I literally called the office in front of her and did not hear the phone ring. She claims to leave a vm and calls will be returned yet the vm that the call forwards to she says she has never heard of...so this company doesn't answer the phone and sends calls to another company they know nothing about. That just shows you they do not want to be bothered by residents calls. And they do not give out last names. You take my money monthly yet I cant even get proper customer service. Even the people in the office don't give out information. The company does not care about its residents they just want to take your money. Would not recommend staying at any of their properties.
