Discriminatory small business with horrible custom...

Discriminatory small business with horrible customer service from the owner - Aviva Tavel - to the employees. The culture of rudeness, discrimination, and harassment by this small local business is ghastly, at best.

After completing two (paid in full) purchases, one at each location - Carmel and Indianapolis (downtown), I began receiving disturbing emails for outstanding invoices. These disturbing emails were sent approx. every 2-3 months by Mary Beth Swinney. Despite my continued communications, verbally and via email, regarding the inaccuracy of the invoices the company has persistently contacted me. Beyond the fact that I had paid for my order at time of purchase and submitted these invoices to this company, I continued to receive invoices for other purchases which I did not make.

Today one of the employees - Taylor - commented that I sounded urban and my name was associated with the Urban League. The owner - Aviva Tavel - refused to speak with me and hung up in my face. No one called me back to address these inaccurate invoices.

I implore you to NOT patronize this business, they are unethical.
