awful! I've gone here for years and had no problems, I dont know what has changed in the past year but it's gone downhill. When i went in a few weeks ago they asked for $30 they claimed to have found from 2014!! FOUR YEARS AGO. I've been coming in at least once a year since then, and this was the first time they've mentioned it - and i have asked! The doctor was rude and condescending and spoke in medical terms that would be confusing to almost anyone ( I work in a medical related field and have been a research coordinator at the school of medicine - if i cant follow, you're talking over most people's heads). Terrible "bedside" manner and patient skills. THEN they called my prescription to the wrong online pharmacy based in AZ, instead of NC. It took multiple calls from myself and the pharmacy to get things cleared up. Everything seemed to be ok....WRONG. The pharmacy has contacted them multiple times to get permission for a generic medicine and they still have not responded. It's not been 3 weeks since my appointment and STILL no prescription. This level of disorganization in a medical practice is extremely concerning. I will NOT be going back.
