My sister booked a kids party at 3:30pm on Sunday November 2019. We arrived at 3:15pm were told to wait at a table as the previous party was still there. At 3:45pm we were told that the previous party was still there and we will be seated outside the kids area. We were not happy with this of course as this was not what we paid for. After 4pm we were told we will be moved to the kiddies area. But this point we were not served any food or drinks and 3 different waiters tried to take the order unsuccessfully. After we were seated in the correct place out waiter was very friendly but the service was still very bad. We waited almost 30min for the staff to come and sing after we had asked then to please come and sing. All the deserts were melted when they arrived at the table, so we ate puddles of ice cream in bowls. This was overall a VERY BAD experience. We did not receive any apologies from any management. I am very disappointing in this as i have been going to Spur since i was a child but this was really the worse and i will think twice, even 3 times before i go to Spur again.
