The price of this university is amazing, and the quality of the teachers in general has been fantastic - I loved my learning experience here! However, the administration of the university, particularly the Registrars Office and the Financial Aid Office, is beyond frustrating. The Financial Aid Office is manned by students who give very generic answers to very specific questions, and often my concerns aren't resolved until I've gone to see them multiple times. The new software they have to distribute student funds is absolutely horrific. I'm still waiting to receive an outside scholarship (funds are first given to the school and then to the students) and I'm told that their system is still having issues and my money won't be disbursed for another few weeks even though the semester is half way over. The school has consistently given me the run around when I've had questions about my financial aid. I have had to harass the office and make threats before they released any of my scholarship money, they never even made any effort to remedy the situation until I said I wanted to escalate it and insinuated fraudulent behavior. Additionally, the Registrars Office is run by a very unkind woman who fails to take responsibility for the office's mistakes, I had a very unpleasant interaction with them and they made my life very difficult when they told the federal government I was no longer a full-time student and wouldn't change my status even though they're supposed to update that status regularly. All in all, I love the actual school and the professors, but the people who run the school are very difficult to deal with and its run very unprofessionally.
