Did not like anything about the place. I dealt with them before with no issues.
My family has dealt with them numerous times. Bottom line i felt very insulted because i rented a premium rental and was given tbe oldest boat in the marina even though i was one of the first renters there. The staff was extremely rude. The boat was banged up. My horn was not working but was given a wistle instead. The boat was dirty from the previous rental. The doors were broken , wouldnt stay closed. I have a five year old and when i mentioned the doors and the fact my son could fall out the rude guy was like well its your responsibility to watch your son and he has a life jacket on anyway. In summary most of the staff was disrespectful and rude especially the young lady who purposely switched my boat .
Will never rent out of here again.
