Rockland Public Schools is an average company. I have been working here for a few years now and while the work is steady, there are some issues that need to be addressed. The management can be a bit disorganized and sometimes communication is lacking. However, the staff is friendly and supportive, and the benefits package is decent. Overall, it's an okay place to work.
