As a customer, I found the services to be fairly average. While the quality of the typographic work was decent, the communication and responsiveness of the company were lacking. I encountered delays in receiving responses to my queries and had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my project. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit on the higher side compared to other similar services in the industry. On the positive side, the final output of the typographic work was satisfactory and met my expectations. However, the overall experience left a bit to be desired in terms of customer service and value for the money.
