I recently used a digital marketing service from this company and I found it to be average. The website was easy to navigate and their communication was clear, which I appreciated. However, I felt that the service lacked a personal touch and attention to detail. While they delivered what was promised, I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to truly understand and meet my specific needs. The overall experience was okay, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer-centric approach and creativity.
