Been a year since we paid and we tried to book 3 times and no pilot was available... No one responding to emails, and telephone not being answered. I think there are some real crooks out there? What a disgusting disappointment. Does anyone know what is going on or can least advice me to more superior management please?

After my previous review above I got hold of Life Ballooning in Cape Town. Apparantly a new company took over from the previous guys after they liquidated in August 2017. CAROL STEVENSON (previous CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER) moved our appointment the first time in February 2017 and according to the new owner, Carol Stevenson, already stole our money after she moved the appointment in Feb. If anyone knows where I can get hold of her please let me know as I am going to open up a case of fraud against her. I will find her and I do have all the the evidence. This is not going against a company but a specific person that lied openly as she knew what she was doing at the time.
