I am extremely disappointed with Excel Test Prep. ...

I am extremely disappointed with Excel Test Prep. My son did SAT preparation test and attempted SAT & ACT papers. Google doesn't allow zero star so I have to select 1 star. I have spent lot of money but here is summary :
- Their computerized system of corrections doesn't work so the final correction will say lot of omits. This way your score in the internal tests is always lower. You won't have clear picture on weak areas and where student need to work
- If you call these folks, they will say that probably student left it by mistake and will hush it up.

I heard this explanation couple of times and had argument with my son. Finally, he took pictures of final answer sheet. To my surprise, they had more then 25 omits in complete test paper.When I called the customer service and complained, Their first response was that the student has omitted it. I told them I have picture of answer sheet and corrections doesn't look right. The customer rep got more defensive and told me that my son is not supposed to take picture and this can result in banning him from the center.

This happened consistently with my son for three times. He was doing test fine using books but will always get lower score in excel test prep because of omissions. The customer service is very unresponsive.

I am looking for another center if anybody has good experience, please let me know.
