The first counselling course i did was great in fact all the courses I did were great learnt so much.
The problem is the marking time takes ages and although the staff are apologetic when you call up and they do put a little slip in to apologise for the wait time this is still not appropriate as i paid for a course and the marking time was part of the package and this has slowed me down in completing my course to my pace and my deadline.
Employ.more staff to help with the marking.
