The SC Human Affairs Commission is state agency that does not follow its mission statement: "The Mission of the South Carolina Human Affairs Commission is to eliminate and prevent unlawful discrimination in: employment on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, and disability; housing on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, and disability; and public accommodations on the basis of race, color, national origin, and religion."
Grievance filed by employees are disregarded as a true complaint and the agency supports whatever employer states. The lack the commitment to do a complete/thorough investigation. The investigation just consist of a last minute telephone call and they are done. It is just a he said/she said investigation.
