This company is the only internet provider my apartment complex allows, and let me tell you, it sucks. The first time I needed help with my internet, I called twice and they said the lady that would help me was busy; and she would call me back. She never did. I called again, left a voicemail and complained, and finally I received a call a day or 2 later from what I believe was corporate or something, telling me that they were going to help me fix the issue. They helped me and I thanked them.

Now I'm having internet problems again. It cut out and it won't reconnect. On their website they claim they provide 24/7 support and the provide a number, so I called and it was the after hours number that had the computer tell me they'd get back to me in the morning. Don't have that on your website if you're not actually providing that service.
