If there were negative stars i would have chosen it. Do not go to Harrah's!! I put a one hundred dollar bill in a machine, played only $2. Cashed out. I took the $98 voucher to a kiosk that directed me to the cashiers cage. No biggie. They tell me it's been redeemed!! They get their supervisor, who then contacts management. Terry tells me that my ticket was redeemed!!! He was very unprofessional, chest in my face, telling me i gambled at my own risk. Slid the ticket on the counter and said there's nothing he can do!! He said it is a reoccurring issue with the systems that they have no control over!!! When i picked up my ticket, he yelled behind me that he needed me to give my ticket to him!!! No thank you!! Do NOT go here!! I'm definitely fighting this one!!! Terry should have been empathetic at least!!! Go to Valley View!!!!! Rincon Gaming Commission will be notified Monday!!!
