Being a first time home buyer, if I was thankful for something besides my house, then it was having Greg and his team as my Mortgage Planners. From the first time we spoke, he was very clear and upfront about my expectations and my requirements. At the very first meeting, he explained to me the entire process of buying a house, including steps in which he was not involved. He went above and beyond in explaining and guiding me through the process. I had a tight budget to work on and he made sure he got the best for me out of it. He kept up to his promises, and got me the best interest rate for my house. One quality that I really liked about Greg was that he did not quote low just to get me as a customer and then backed out from what was promised. His approach was this is the maximum Varun but I will work hard to get it as low as possible. True to his word, he gave me the most reasonable costs and was very transparent. He and his team were excellent when it came to following up. They always kept me up to date on the progress. They were always available for the 50 million questions that I had. Another quality that I really liked was his attention to detail. He would pick on the smallest nuances to ensure I would not land up in trouble in the future. I would highly recommend Greg as an excellent Mortgage planner and am sure to come back to him if I ever decide to re-finance or purchase my next house.
