I had the absolute misfortune of speaking with a woman in the HR Dept in Marietta, GA this morning who was not only utterly rude and disrespectful but degrading in referring to her own team members/co-workers. Her behavior was unacceptable. Direct quote when referring to her receptionist: "she doesn't matter, I matter". I would give 0 stars for customer service, professional etiquette, and human kindness.
