I didn't like anything the worst experience ever I...

I didn't like anything the worst experience ever I'm here since 6:30 and till now we didn't get the key of the second connected room my kids is sleeping on the floor. Reception is lying to us since 2 hours that key problem and 5 min will solve it. This 5 min equal to 2 hours till now and nothing change. Suddenly we are surprised that the housekeeping now open the second door and start cleaning it. I don't recommend this rubbish place to anybody.
