We went in with the intention to purchase an R8......

We went in with the intention to purchase an R8... not an everyday purchase. But we were incredibly excited and come from working at a dealership so we think we ll be in and out. Ven (our sales rep) was so kind, so helpful and just overall a real great guy! But finance derailed the entire experience. Drew (if i remember correctly) was incredibly condescending and acted as though we had champagne taste with beer money and treated us as though we didn t know about our own credit. We were prepared, ready to do this and he ruined it. Obviously, we re upset so we opted to not purchase. I don t write this review to drag the dealership through the mud because had we dealt with a different Finance Manager - we would have purchased, no doubt. I write this review to shine a light on Ven! Easily, a great salesperson! And we so enjoyed working with him. Unfortunately, it took one Finance guy to ruin it for everyone.
