The management at my current apartment complex changed hands, however prior to that I moved from a two bedroom to a one bedroom which involved me getting a refund from all prior deposits. I received a final incorrect invoice for an amount of $251.93. I notified leasing office to let them know of the error, which was prior to the property changing hands from Security Properties Residential. They placed a call to them notifying of the error and what the correct amount should be per the updated invoice they sent me for $476.99. I was told 2 weeks before the check would arrive. 3 1/2 weeks later,, Security properties residential set me a check in the amount of $225.06. I was told by my current leasing office that since Security Properties Residential was no longer managing them that I had to contact Security Properties Residential corporate office directly to get the remainder of my money. I have left them a message over a week ago and to date no response. Since on their page they love media attention so much , I will give them plenty of that if they do not contact me and get my money back to me.
