I would highly recommend visiting Toyota of Easley when considering a new or pre-owned car purchase. We purchased a 2014 RAV4 and had a great experience in doing so. This was our first and surprisingly only stop when we began our search and here s why. When my wife and I decided she needed a new vehicle, we knew what type, size and price range we were looking for. We checked dealership reviews on the web, Consumer Report for vehicle ratings and price ranges on various websites just to have an idea of what direction we were headed. On a whim we decided to visit Toyota of Easley after work one day and grab a bite to eat on the way home. When we pulled in the sales manager, Tim greeted us within a minute. He talked with us for a moment and then introduced us to Harry Stanley, one of his sales staff. Harry Stanley was very courteous, knowledgeable and informative. He asked the right questions to zero in on the type of vehicle that would best serve our needs. He was never pushy. He took the time to listen to us and guided us in the right direction to look at different vehicles and the options that would work for us. We never felt pressured. I have to say that Harry Stanley made this a very pleasant experience. And it doesn t end there. The business manager, Chris Hall was just as courteous and informative. He guided us through all the financing and maintenance options without pressuring us. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. Because of the overall experience and friendliness of the staff of Toyota of Easley, we will be a returning customer.
