Only problems.
Despite the very friendly customer service, I had some problems. Starting with delivery problems, because the optional provider to the German post office couldn't find the address. Then the bonus was not delivered on time, when it arrived it was defective. I had to pay for and organize the return shipping to the third party provider myself. Ultimately, the magazine I subscribed to was renewed without further notice and I had to make additional payments.
