My wife was diagnosed with pneumonia at a quick care clinic, we were reluctantly referred to Methodist Charlton, upon arrival, I had my doubts, as the day progressed, those doubts subsided, the staff, from emergency, to the 4 floors was courteous, as well as professional. There was never a moment we were guessing about the care being given. They were aggressive in treatment, yet professional in manners. Thank you 4th floor staff, thank you emergency room staff for your kindness and support even after my wife was released
