I wanted to return the game Cyper Punk 2077 today as it is not playable on the PS4 and I was not informed about this when I bought the game. The game cost 58 euros, which is a lot of money for me. I bought it at Alexanderplatz here in Berlin. The employee Ms. Menzel said it was my fault that I hadn't informed myself that the game might not work and that I won't get my money back, but instead get a new game, which will certainly not work again . How can you sell a game that doesn't work anyway. I don't see it as my job to inform myself beforehand, but assume that the game works, for which I paid a lot of money. I've already shopped at YOU very often, but if we don't find a SOLUTION, then I won't do this in the future.
