I have used American Chimney for 15 years to clean our chimney and insert a wood stove. They have always done a decent job. Recently, I had a dispute with them on fees charged for some new fire bricks. At first their operations manager refused to make any adjustment. But the owner of the company better understands the value of repeat and long term customers and fixed the situation to my satisfaction. Thank you, American Chimney.
