If I could give less then 1 star I would. This company is by far the biggest scammers! My be lost his job in march, I called them in April to cancel the policy. He got an address to send a letter to , we sent it with no response. So they tookthe money out anyway. Then I call back again. Got an email address to cancel, sent it twice n they continue to take the pymt out. I have the original letter sent via email dated July 1st and once again they claim they didn't get it n took money out again. This is now the 3rd time theyve over drawn our acct. We will be seeing our banker Saturday to dispute the trans action in July due to the fact we canceled on July 1st. They WILL give our money back!! I'll fight this til we do!!!
